Bench-Rest Shoot

This is a test of your ability to reload accurate ammunition and then shoot perfect targets.  We have no limits on rifle, scope, or rest, just bring your best hand loads and let's have some fun.  Bench rest has three classes:

• Target rifle (heavy barrel),
• Hunting rifle (light barrel)
• Rim fire rifle.  

The format is 3 non-consecutive squads - 5 scoring shots in each (each round includes a sighting target for your fine tuning). Ranges vary and are 50, 100 or 200 yards or a combination of all three.  

Top Prize is a "Rifle Man" Patch.

You Must Supply:

• Ear and eye protection
• One hunting rifle (any caliber)
• One box (20) cartridges
• Generally a $5 entry fee
